In Partnership with Acrobat Construction and Real Estate Limited, we developed two blocks of luxurious apartments consisting thirty two (32), three bedroom luxury flats and ten penthouses, swimming pool, squash court and a gym.

Regal Seaview Estate is a mixed Luxurious Estate consisting of Residential Properties, Commercial Properties and a 5-Star Hotel/Casino within the Lekki Tourism Zone in Lagos, Nigeria.

The Estate borders the Atlantic Ocean. Phase 1 of the development, covering less than 1/3 of the entire 10.15 hectares project land and delivering Fifty-Two (52) Terraced Houses has been completed.

The Ikeja Mall is an ultra-modern shopping mall and Office Complex within the Lagos Mainland vicinity in Partnership with Actis and RMB Westport.

The Mall is built on 5.136 hectares of land, with a lettable space of 25,000m2 and parking space for well over 800 cars.

Tenants include Shoprite (Anchor tenant), Cinemas, Banks amongst others.

Simpson Transfer Loading Station (TLS) is a facility located in Simpson, Lagos, at which municipal solid waste (MSW) in smaller loads from collection vehicles are consolidated into larger transfer trailers and hauled to an off-site management facility for further processing or final disposal thereby reducing haulage cost, pollution, traffic congestions and collection vehicle maintenance.

This Transfer Loading Station serves as a link between the Simpson community's waste collection system and a final waste disposal facility especially for disposal sites that are located far from the source of waste generation, the use of a transfer station allows economical transportation of these wastes to the final waste disposal facilities.
