Paragon Holdings through its subsidiaries has rendered several Marine Transportation services to various Companies in the areas of Chattering, Ship Agency, Project Logistics, Equipment Rental and Consultancy services. These include:

• Provision of Coastal Transportation for Petroleum and other products for over six years for varied clients including the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation. Term contract for product shipping was vital to moving products from Refineries to Depots to make up for lack of Infrastructure.

• The supply of shipping vessels for swampy and shallow oilfield operations.

• Consultancy services for the construction and acquisition of LNG Carrying Ships for Nigeria LNG. Paragon has facilitated the construction and delivery of 15 LNG carriers valued at over $3 billion.

Marine Transportation Strategy

• Paragon's quest to invest in the Gas value chain was borne out of Federal Government of Nigeria's approval of the Joint Venture "NIKORMA Transportation Company" to transport LNG from Nigeria.

• Nikorma Transportation Company is a JV consisting of a leading Korean Company, A Malaysian Shipping Company, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited and Deepwater Marine Limited as the local partner.
