Current Projects

The Pearlstone Centre Place is a proposed 15 Storey Complex right at Oyinjolayemi Street in Victoria Island, right in the middle of the financial district of Lagos state.

Upon completion, it would deliver:

• Ten Floors of Open Plan Office Space
• A Penthouse Floor
• Five Floors for Parking
• Four Elevators

Ogudu Foreshore is a new Town Development currently being
undertaken by a subsidiary of Paragon Holdings Limited, and is located within the Ogudu Foreshore area
of Lagos Mainland.

The project is a standalone small town that will be built on over 58 hectares of land. It would consist of
a mixed-development of various types of Residential Houses, Shopping Malls as well as public buildings
such as Schools, Police Station, Fire Service Centres, etc.

The Osapa Project is a Joint Venture between the Paragon Group and RMB
Westport, SA.

The proposed development comprises of a Retail and Office development. The retail space would be 10,051 sqm whilst the office letting space would be 2,756 sqm.

Tenants include Shoprite (Anchor tenant), amongst other retailers that have expressed interest.
